Rishikesh, India — On the Banks of the Ganga

Where the Himalayas teach you to breathe again.

Yoga Alliance-accredited teacher training and retreats in the world's yoga capital — led by Dr. Naveen Ramkrishna, for practitioners who want to go deeper, not faster.

Our Philosophy

To inspire and empower humanity towards health, happiness, and abundance through yoga, psychology, and holistic living.

In 2013, Dr. Naveen Ramkrishna left a career in corporate leadership and psychology to settle by the Ganga in Rishikesh. He has since taught yoga, meditation, and scientific spirituality to more than 10,000 students from over ten countries — blending ancient Himalayan wisdom with modern science.

Our Method

Four pillars, practiced every single day.

Hatha Yoga asana practice
Pranayama breathwork practice
Seated meditation practice
Holistic healing session

01 — Hatha Yoga

Asana, practiced patiently

The foundation of every day is gentle, correctly aligned asana — practiced patiently, not performed quickly.

02 — Pranayama

Breath as instruction

Breathwork most students have never been taught properly: how to breathe with the diaphragm, and how it changes the nervous system.

03 — Meditation

Stillness, trained daily

Stillness is trained like a muscle. Daily sitting practice builds a focus that carries far beyond the mat.

04 — Healing

A path to balance

Yoga as a path to healing stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalance — Dr. Naveen's core teaching for over a decade.

Our Teachers

A small team, guiding personally.

Every student is taught directly by our founder and a small resident team of specialists in bodywork and Ayurveda — not handed off to rotating staff.
